Here are some pictures along the Nisqually River after the heavy rains that we had in the mountains .. The water falls are along acess road 52 know as Skate Creek Road.
What a fab weekend....you just cannot understand the destruction that happend that week...his pictures only show a fraction. We were at the cabins in Ashford (deepforest cabins) for the weekend for our little getaway (I'm old now I turned 40!! ha ha) and went driving around taking pictures. There were a lot of little mudslides all down skate creek road. I was happy no one was hurt in it all but awed at the awesome power of the water. We even saw a elk.......
